Insurance |
| Your vehicle must be covered for fire, theft and accidental damage whilst stored with us. We advise you to inform your insurance company that your vehicle is being stored at Kent Car Collection. | Road Tax |

Transportation |
We offer a very competitive transport service, and are able to arrange for the careful collection of vehicles from any destination within the UK or Europe. Chauffeur meet and greet from outside the airport terminals is available at an additional cost plus any fuel required. |
Notice |
We will require at least one week's notice to remove a car from storage. We aim to be as flexible as possible provided we have reasonable notice especially if servicing and MOTs are required. The minimum storage period is one month. |
VAT |
| All prices, except insurance and road tax, are subject to value added tax at the standard rate of 20%. | |
| Liability | |
Subject to the rules contained in the Unfair Contracts Terms Act 1977, it is a condition under which a vehicle is accepted for storage that, the customer relieves Kent Car Collection of all liability for loss or damage to customers' vehicles or contents thereof, however caused. All customers are therefore respectfully notified that we do not accept responsibility for loss or mis-delivery of or damage to any vehicle accessories or other goods while in our hands for any purpose arising from any cause. This condition extends to customers' vehicles while being driven or moved by members of our staff, or while standing inside or outside our premises. The customer agrees to indemnify Kent Car Collection against any claims arising from the storage of their vehicle. |
Confidentiality |
We respect your privacy and although your details will be held securely on a computer by Kent Car Collection they will only be used to provide the service you require. They will not be revealed to any third parties without your prior approval. |
Payments |
All payments for vehicle storage is to be paid monthly by Standing Order, or by invoice quarterly in advance in Sterling or most other major currencies. Minimum storage period is one month.
